Spenda C – On Tour

Nina Las Vegas calls him “one of the hardest working DJ’s going around”. Nest HQ describe his sound as “swimming somewhere around the sounds of folks like Major Lazer and DJ Snake”. Spenda C remains as one of the most in demand bass artists in the country.

Early in his career he produced successful remixes for the likes of Peking Duk, SAFIA, Pacesand Grandtheft which garnered support the world over from the likes of iconic producer Diplo.

His recent single ‘My Type’ cements his place as one the most exciting acts to come out of Australia, featuring Australian hip hop juggernaut Miss Blanks off his debut album ‘The Bone Collector’.

“I met Miss Blanks at a show in Brisbane back in January last 2017. I sent her some beats soon after and we started jamming on My Type. This song has evolved from a pretty basic idea into an absolute party banger!.” says Spenda of his standout release.

‘My Type’ kicks the door in from the outset with its dancehall beat, it quickly gains pace as Miss Blanks throws down with her unique and powerful verses full of explicit and masterfull wordplay. With massive moments throughout the light and shade of the crystal clear production, it quickly reveals itself to be the stand out release from the Brisbane based artist and the perfect lead into the next chapter in his story.

The new single also comes with the announcement that his debut album ‘The Bone Collector’ which will be available globally from the 1st of June via the Klub Kids label.

The record includes features from some of the brightest hip hop artists from around the country including Carmouflage Rose, Midas.Gold, Miss Blanks, Cult Shotta, Big Skeez and a whole lot more.

Today he announces the tour to end all tours, a first for Spenda, he will be upgrading his usual set up to include live elements to help translate the intricacies of his new music. Covering Australia and New Zealand, the Bone Collector album tour promises to give fans a brand new experience.
